GSCCGLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN CORPTalk to GSCC ↗CAREERS AT GSCC
GSCC's careers platform is designed for people who combine systems thinking, operational judgment, technology fluency and the discipline to turn complex ideas into executable change.
WHY GSCC
GSCC is building an operating philosophy around a simple idea: the future of supply chain will be shaped by people who can connect physical operations with data, analytics, automation and AI—without losing accountability for the decisions that affect customers, people and performance.
The careers experience reflects that ambition and the talent standard GSCC intends to build around as prospective project and customer needs develop.
HOW WE WORK
Understand the operating question and evidence before choosing the process, tool or technology.
See how decisions move across customers, planning, sourcing, operations, inventory and logistics.
Question assumptions, surface trade-offs and improve the quality of the decision—not simply the presentation.
Carry ideas through decision rights, workflows, measures and management routines so change can become operational.
WHO THRIVES HERE
GSCC's talent framework values the combination of analytical depth, operational credibility, curiosity and responsible leadership.
People who understand interdependencies and avoid optimizing one function at the expense of the network.
People who can translate a recommendation into the routines, ownership and actions required to make it work.
People who use evidence, structured thinking and transparent assumptions to make complex decisions clearer.
People who can connect AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to real operating needs and measurable decisions.
People who build alignment across commercial, technical and operating teams while maintaining accountability.
People willing to experiment with emerging capabilities while understanding governance, risk and human oversight.

RESPONSIBLE AI & TECHNOLOGY
GSCC's talent philosophy treats AI fluency as increasingly important across disciplines, not only technical roles. Teams should understand where analytics, automation and AI can improve speed, visibility and decision preparation—and where human review, domain expertise and escalation remain essential.
FAIR & RESPONSIBLE HIRING
GSCC intends to evaluate applicants using job-related qualifications, experience, demonstrated capability and legitimate business requirements. GSCC does not intend to discriminate or retaliate on a basis prohibited by applicable federal, state or local law.
Recruiting, screening and selection are intended to be conducted consistently and without unlawful discrimination.
Applicants who need a reasonable accommodation to access the application or participate in a selection process may request assistance through the GSCC contact channel.
The GSCC website application does not request prior salary or wage history. Compensation decisions should be based on the role and lawful, job-related factors.
GSCC does not authorize an automated tool to make a final hiring decision. Any future AI-assisted screening must undergo applicable legal, bias, accessibility and notice review before use.

PROSPECTIVE OPPORTUNITIES
GSCC is seeking candidates for prospective placement supporting upcoming projects and future customer needs. Opportunities may range from one-year contract assignments to full-time employment, with remote and hybrid arrangements expected to represent a significant share of roles. A submission expresses interest and does not guarantee an interview, assignment or employment offer.
GSCC anticipates prospective needs in Nevada, Arizona, Dallas and Austin, Texas, and Virginia, with remote, hybrid or project-based arrangements depending on the engagement.
